Jim was a great in helping our family find our 'dream home'. Our search didn't take long as Jim showed us a number of places which met our criteria early on in the process. He then assisted us as we short-listed the top candidates ultimately arriving on the place in which we purchased. Our move was somewhat complicated as we were simultaneously selling our existing home and needed to do a lot of coordination. Jim assisted in the negotiation of our new home as well as guided us through the process of ensuring we were all lined up to get out of existing existing place.

Jim Comly was great! I was a first time home buyer and he explained everything and was open and honest since the beginning. When we first met he told me that he would never pressure me into even choosing him to be my agent, and he never had to. I went from wanting to own a multifamily to a single family, and he never seemed annoyed by my changing my mind and us looking at numerous homes together. We often drove together to locations which helped a lot for this being all new to me. He would explain the areas while driving and its location to necessities like grocery stores etc. I am really thankful he was referred to me for my first home. Jim Comly is very knowledgeable and resourceful. I gave him some general information about the kind home I was interested in. Jim found homes that were exactly what I was looking for and even some that were not on my list. He continued to provide homes that I fell in love with. Working with Patricia was amazing. We are from Michigan and just purchased our little home in North Port. We meet her while we were staying at the warm mineral Springs, and she knew immediately what we were looking for. When we found what we liked, she was always ready to help. Patty was amazing! We are out of state and she went above and beyond. We first met Patty in February and looked at about 10 homes. We were not quite ready to purchase at that time, but we stayed in touch and she kept me up to date on new listings that met my criteria. We came back down to Florida in August ready to buy. We spent 3 days looking at numerous homes. When we finally found the one she helped us pick the right price to make a fair and reasonable offer. She was there for the home inspection as we had to fly home to Wisconsin. Patty helped us negotiate through the process when there were questions about some issues in the inspection. She found us a plumber, met him there 2 times to get quotes. After the hurricane Patty went over and walked through the house for us.
